Warranty Policy

Coverage Overview
All servers sold by us are covered by a limited hardware warranty of 1 year or 3 years, depending on the purchased warranty tier. The warranty period begins on the date of payment.

Claim Eligibility Waiting Period
No claims may be submitted within the first 21 days after the warranty begins. This initial period is to ensure system integrity and prevent fraudulent claims.


Covered Parts (Free Exchange)

The following components are covered and will be replaced at no cost during the warranty period. Replacement parts will be shipped, and the customer is responsible for installation:

  • CPUs (Processors)
  • Heatsinks
  • Fans
  • Trays / Caddies
  • Power Supplies
  • Risers
  • Network Cards
  • RAID / PERC Controllers
  • PCIe Cards (Sold with server) – excluding BOSS-S1
  • Internal Cables
  • Backplanes

Note: The BOSS-S1 card falls under drive warranty, not PCIe warranty.


Mainboard (Motherboard) Replacement

Mainboards are not covered under standard parts replacement.

If a motherboard fails during the warranty period, a replacement bare chassis (includes new motherboard) will be shipped for a flat fee of $199. The customer must move all eligible internal parts into the new chassis.

This ensures minimal downtime and keeps systems modular.


Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper installation
  • Software, operating systems, or data loss
  • Physical damage during transit after initial delivery
  • Components not originally sold with the server

Warranty Claims

To file a claim:

  1. Contact support with the original order number, description of the issue, and serial number of the server.
  2. Support may request diagnostic steps or photos.
  3. If approved, replacement parts will be shipped.

All claims must be submitted by the original purchaser and are non-transferable.

1 Year: $99 per server
3 Years: $149 per server


SSD & HDD Warranty Policy

Coverage Overview
Hard Disk Drives (HDDs) and Solid State Drives (SSDs) sold with or separately from our servers are eligible for warranty coverage. Warranty is valid per individual drive and requires registration of each drive’s serial number at the time of warranty activation.

The warranty term will follow either a 1-year or 3-year duration based on the purchased tier and begins on the date of payment.


Claim Eligibility Waiting Period

There is a mandatory 21-day waiting period from the date of warranty activation before any drive-related warranty claim can be submitted.


Covered Failures

The following drive failures are covered:

  • Electrical or mechanical failure under normal operating conditions
  • Firmware-level failure or non-detected drives
  • Sector failure rendering the disk inoperable

If approved, a like-for-like replacement will be shipped. The customer is responsible for installation.


Exclusions

The following are not covered under this policy:

  • SSDs that have failed due to excessive TBW (Total Bytes Written) beyond manufacturer-rated limits
  • Drives that fail due to misuse, power surges, water damage, physical impact, or tampering
  • Drives not registered with a valid serial number at the time of warranty activation
  • Drives sourced elsewhere or added post-purchase
  • Data loss or recovery services

How to File a Claim

  1. Contact support and provide:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Drive serial number (must match registered serial)
    • Description of the issue
  2. Support may request SMART data or diagnostics.
  3. If the claim is approved, a replacement drive will be shipped.

Claims are only valid for the original buyer and non-transferable.

1 Year: $29 per drive
3 Years: $49 per drive
